The TOT program is designed to foster teaching skills and mentorship among professionals. The key details and rules for the TOT program are as follows:
- Each team will consist of one teacher up to 40 years of age as a mentor and two postgraduates/SRs/fellows as mentees.
- The mentor will groom the team and will be responsible for all communication with the Scientific Committee, YOSI.
- Teams will be given two random topics for a 3 minute presentation, assigned 1/2 week prior to the event.
- Mentees will demonstrate their teaching skills through these presentations during the competition.
- Each presenter and team will be judged immediately by a set of judges.
- The top three teams, best mentor, and best mentee will receive awards.
